Request Triage
The kanban board is where you manage incoming feedback. Every request submitted through the SDK appears here and moves through a status pipeline.
Status columns
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Inbox | New requests that have just been received. |
| Needs Review | The AI agent has triaged the request and it’s waiting for your review. |
| Coding | The AI agent is actively working on a solution. |
| Done | The implementation is complete — a PR has been created or the request was resolved. |
Request lifecycle
- Inbox — A user submits feedback via the SDK widget and the AI agent triages the request, scores it, and creates an implementation plan
- Auto-resolve or review — If the score meets the auto-resolve threshold, the coding agent starts immediately. Otherwise, it moves to “Needs Review”
- Coding — The AI agent implements the change and creates a pull request
- Done / Merged — The PR is ready for your review
Request cards
Each card on the board shows:
- Type — Bug or Feature
- Title and Description — from the user’s submission
- Score — AI-assigned priority/complexity score
- Status — Current position in the pipeline
Drag and drop
Move requests between columns by dragging their cards. This lets you manually override the AI’s triage decisions — for example, moving a request from “Needs Review” directly to “Coding” to start the agent.
Plan chat
Click on a request to open its detail view. The Plan Chat lets you have a conversation with the AI about the implementation plan before it starts coding. You can refine the approach, add constraints, or ask questions.
Failed requests
If the AI agent encounters an error during coding, the request moves to a Failed state. You can review the error, adjust the plan, and retry.
