Projects

Projects are where feedback is collected and managed. Each project has its own kanban board and settings.

Creating a project

1. Go to the Projects page
2. Click Create Project
3. Enter a name — a URL-friendly slug is generated automatically

Project settings

Navigate to Projects → [Your Project] → Settings to configure:

GitHub repository

Connect one or more GitHub repositories. When Maestrio’s AI agent resolves a feedback request, it creates a pull request in the connected repo.

1. Click Connect Repository
2. Select from your installed GitHub repos (requires GitHub integration)
3. The repo appears in the project’s connected repositories list

Auto-resolve threshold

Set the confidence threshold (0–100%) for the AI agent to automatically start working on a request. Requests scored above this threshold are sent to the coding agent without manual approval.

Default: 70%

Renaming a project

1. Go to the Projects page
2. Click the project name to edit it inline
3. The slug updates automatically

Deleting a project

1. Go to the Projects page
2. Click the delete action on the project
3. Confirm the deletion

Deleting a project removes all associated feedback requests.
