Roadmap

Each project can have a roadmap board to track planned work. You can optionally make it public so your users can see what’s coming.

Roadmap columns

Creating roadmap items

  1. Navigate to Projects → [Your Project] → Roadmap
  2. Click Add Item in any column
  3. Enter a title and optional description

Managing items

  • Drag and drop items between columns to update their status
  • Edit an item by clicking on it to update the title or description
  • Reorder items within a column by dragging

Public roadmap

When enabled in project settings, your roadmap is publicly accessible at:

https://app.maestrio.ai/r/[org-slug]/[project-slug]

Share this URL with your users so they can see planned features and progress. The public view is read-only — visitors cannot create or modify items.

Enabling the public roadmap

  1. Go to Projects → [Your Project] → Settings
  2. Toggle Public Roadmap on
  3. The public URL becomes active immediately
Members
