Positions

Control where the feedback trigger button appears on the page. Pass a position value inside widget when initializing the SDK.

Options

Both positions center the button vertically on the right side of the screen.

Vertical (default)

The trigger text is rotated 90 degrees, creating a slim tab on the right edge of the page. This is the least intrusive option.

Horizontal

The trigger text is displayed horizontally. This makes the button wider but easier to read.

Combining with theme

Position works independently from theme and labels — you can combine them freely:
